Terms of Service

1. Introduction

   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by MoneyPools Crowdfunding (hereinafter referred to as "Crowdfunding Platform").

2. Introduction

   • "Donor" means any natural or legal person who makes a donation to a project on the Crowdfunding Platform.
   • "Project" means any idea, initiative, or activity that is being crowdfunded on the Crowdfunding Platform.
   • "Crowdfunding Campaign" means a period of time during which donations are accepted for a specific project.

3. Use of the Crowdfunding Platform

   • In order to use the Crowdfunding Platform, donors must provide certain personal information.
   • Donors are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.
   • Donors may donate only €10, €20 or €100. Every donor is only allowed to donate once.

4. Crowdfunding Campaigns

   • Project owners are responsible for creating and managing Crowdfunding Campaigns.
   • Project owners must provide certain information about their project, including a description, a goal amount, and a deadline.
   • Project owners must also agree to the Crowdfunding Platform's terms and conditions.

5. Donation Processing

   • Donations are processed by Stripe Inc..
   • Donors will receive a confirmation email after their donation has been processed.
   • Donations are non-refundable.

6. Project Funding

   • A project is even considered funded if it doesn't reach its goal amount by the deadline.
   • If a project is not funded, donations will not be refunded to the donors.

7. Project Ownership

   • The owner of a project retains all ownership rights to the project, including intellectual property rights.

8. Liability

   • The Crowdfunding Platform is not liable for any losses or damages that may be incurred by donors or project owners as a result of using the Crowdfunding Platform.

9. Governing Law

   • These GTC are governed by the laws of Malta.

10. Changes to the GTC

    • The Crowdfunding Platform may change these GTC at any time.
    • Donors are responsible for reviewing the GTC before using the Crowdfunding Platform.
